Non emergency maintenance requests must be submitted online by logging into the resident sign in located at www. rentatemu.com. Once logged into your resident account, please select the “Contact us” tab. The contact page will allow you to fill out your request and submit it online. Once the request is submitted this goes directly to our maintenance team.
The following items are considered an emergency and constitute use of the emergency maintenance number (734) 418-2599. You must leave a voicemail if there is not an immediate answer and your call will be returned as quickly as possible.
1. Major water leaks
2. Crisis in the cold
3. A perilous potential gas leak
4. Power's outage (please contact DTE first to determine if there are outages in the area)
